I have an ADA request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my Dresden Dolls VIP Cabaret circle package?
If you need to request ADA accommodations for your hotel reservation or event experience, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please include as much information as possible when submitting your request so we can ensure proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and are dependent on availability.
For accessible seating requests at the venue, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue inventory. Once your request is received, we will review available options with you.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

Our VIP Packages
How do I place my order?
The Dresden Dolls VIP Cabaret Circle package must be purchased online. Packages will be available during the presale and public on-sale periods as communicated on the official event website.
Is there an age restriction for the VIP Packages?
Age restrictions, if applicable, are determined by the venue. Please refer to the venue’s policy for details.
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout?
Yes, you can! This VIP package offers multiple ticket types, so you will have the opportunity to select either Premium Reserved or General Admission during checkout.
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry to the event without an assigned seat. You may be given access to a designated GA area, but seating/standing locations are first-come, first-served. Since this VIP package includes early venue entry, you’ll have first dibs on a premium spot for the Dresden Dolls pre-show soundcheck, acoustic performance, and Q&A.
What is a Premium Reserved ticket?
A Premium Reserved ticket includes a specific assigned seat within the first 15 rows. Seat location will be displayed during the purchase process prior to order confirmation.
If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?
No. Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets and do not include VIP amenities or access. Please ensure you select the correct VIP package before completing your purchase.
How will I receive my VIP tickets?
All tickets will be delivered digitally. Tickets will be sent to the email address used to purchase your package and distributed through the venue’s official ticketing partner account in the weeks leading up to your event date.
When will I receive VIP check-in information?
Check-in instructions, including location and schedule, will be emailed to the purchaser approximately 5–7 days prior to your event date.

Is the Dresden Dolls VIP Pre-Show Experience a meet & greet?
No, this VIP package does not include a meet & greet; therefore, you will not be permitted to bring in personal items to be signed by the band. If you arrive with such items, we’ll ask that you return them to your vehicle or have them held at the VIP check-in table until after the pre-show soundcheck/acoustic performance/Q&A is complete. We appreciate your cooperation here!
When will I receive my “Group Photo” from the VIP experience?
You should receive your group photo in the post-event email survey sent within a month of your show date.
How will I receive the merchandise included in my VIP experience?
All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the event and must be picked up at that time.
Please note: 100x is unable to ship merchandise before or after the event.
Is parking included?
VIP packages do not include parking unless explicitly stated. Please check the venue’s official website for parking information.
Is there a bag policy?
Bag policies are determined by the venue. Please visit the venue’s official website for current policies and permitted items.
What if my plans change?
All VIP Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for full details.
